Acceptable Use.

You may use Sparks only for lawful, personal or business relationship-memory purposes. You agree not to:

• Use Sparks to spam, harass, stalk, or send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Import or store data you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service or its providers.
• Use Sparks to violate privacy, export, or telecommunications laws (including TCPA/CAN-SPAM).
• Upload malware or content that is illegal, exploitative, or that we reasonably find abusive.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to security@sparkmynetwork.com.
