AI Use Disclosure.
Effective July 20, 2026
Spark Intelligence helps summarize conversations, draft follow-ups, and answer questions about your network. It is optional and can be turned off in Settings → Spark Intelligence.
What is sent to the model
When you use AI features, we send the minimum account-scoped context needed to answer (for example contact names, notes you made visible to AI, and conversation summaries). Content you mark private (such as private notes) is excluded from model context. Voice search on Command Center uses your browser’s speech engine — audio is not uploaded by Sparks for that feature.
Providers & logging
Processing is performed by our AI subprocessors listed on the Subprocessors page. We may log queries in your account so you can delete AI history from Settings. We do not sell your prompts or use your private network data to train public foundation models.
Accuracy
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for how you use suggestions — especially before sending messages to other people.
