Subscription & Billing Terms.

These terms supplement the Terms of Service for paid Sparks plans billed on the web via Stripe. App Store / Google Play purchases are also governed by those stores’ billing rules.

Plans & trials

Current web plans and any free trial length are shown at checkout and in Settings → Plan & Billing. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid recurring subscription if you do not cancel before the trial ends.

Renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings (Stripe Customer Portal) to stop future web charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. App Store / Play subscriptions must be cancelled in that store.

Refunds

Except where required by law or explicitly offered (for example a promo), fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Contact billing@sparkmynetwork.com for billing disputes.

Promo codes & credits

Promo codes and future referral credits (when offered) apply only as described at redemption and only to eligible web charges unless we say otherwise. They have no cash value.
