These terms govern your use of Sparks (“Sparks,” “we,” “us”), operated by Post Plague Projects / HELLA Intelligence for the Spark My Network product at sparkmynetwork.com. By creating an account you agree to them. Related policies live in the Legal center.
Using Sparks
Sparks helps you remember and reconnect with the people you meet. You’re responsible for your account and for having the right to add the contacts and connect the sources you bring in. You must follow our Acceptable Use policy.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, and cancellation are described in Subscription & Billing Terms. Web billing is through Stripe; App Store / Play purchases follow those stores’ rules.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program. If you opt in, Sparks sends you reconnect reminders and account notifications by text. See our SMS messaging page.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Sparks at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out. Reply STOP anytime. Reply HELP for help, or email support@sparkmynetwork.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your data & AI
How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy. Optional AI features are described in the AI Use Disclosure. You can export or delete your data anytime.
App licenses (EULA note)
If you download Sparks from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms also act as the end-user license for that app copy. The store provider is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for support or claims relating to the app, except where that store’s rules say otherwise. You may also have rights under those stores’ standard EULAs.
Disclaimer & changes
Sparks is provided “as is.” We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: support@sparkmynetwork.com.
