Data Retention & Deletion.

We keep your account data while your account is active so Sparks can provide the service. When you delete your account, we erase user-owned data as described below.

While your account is active

• Contacts, notes, timelines, recordings, and settings you store in Sparks.
• OAuth tokens for connections you authorize (encrypted at rest).
• Billing records needed for Stripe / tax / dispute handling.
• Operational logs retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

Deletion

Delete in Settings (signed in) or via the public deletion request. Deletion removes your auth user and cascaded app data. Some backups and legal/billing records may persist for a limited period as required by law or fraud prevention, then are purged on the backup rotation schedule.

Export first

Export JSON / CSV / vCard from Settings → Privacy before you delete. See also the Privacy Policy.
