Effective July 20, 2026

Sparks (“Sparks,” “we,” “us”), operated by Post Plague Projects / HELLA Intelligence for the Spark My Network product, is a relationship-memory app that helps you remember the people you meet and reconnect with them. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@sparkmynetwork.com.

What we collect

  • Account info — your name, email, and (if you enable text reminders) your mobile phone number and SMS consent timestamp.
  • Your contacts & network — people you add or import (name, email, phone, notes, groups, relationship fields, timelines).
  • Connected sources you authorize — PLAUD recordings/transcripts; Google and/or Microsoft (Outlook) contacts, calendar, and email you grant via OAuth; used only to build your private relationship memory and send from your own inbox when you ask.
  • AI interactions — optional prompts/answers when Spark Intelligence is enabled (see AI Use Disclosure).
  • Usage & diagnostics — basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

How we use it

To run Sparks for you: organize contacts, map relationships, summarize conversations, surface who to reconnect with, and send the reminders you ask for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contacts or conversations for advertising.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in, Sparks sends you reconnect reminders and account notifications by text. We obtain your express consent before sending any text, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you requested. We share it only with the messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit those messages.

Full program details: SMS messaging page.

Who we share with

Only infrastructure providers needed to run Sparks, listed on our Subprocessors page (including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Google, Microsoft, PLAUD, and our AI provider). We never sell your data.

  • Export your data when signed in (Settings → Privacy) or via Spark Support.
